About the event

Essentially 'music camp for adults', Shabby Chic Musique was founded in January 2024 by composer Sarah Thomas, saxophonist + clarinetist Chris Caldwell, and flautist, Susie Hodder-Williams

This exciting new initiative is aimed at enabling adults to escape the daily grind and reconnect with their musical past, surrounded by like-minded people for a long weekend in the tranquility of a château in the Southern French countryside.

Our first event will take place from 25-28 April 2024at Château du Raysse in the Dordogne, South West France.  Nearest airports are Brive-Souillac, Bergerac & Bordeaux.

Join Susie, Sarah and Chris for an unforgettable long weekend of learning, laughing, sipping wine and generally reliving the fun and camaraderie of group music that so often departs from our lives when we graduate to the world of adulthood.
